Some people like cleaning their own pool but don't want to deal with the chemistry. That is what this plan is for. Every week we test the water and bring it back into balance, and we empty the pool and pump baskets when they need it.
Routine treatment is what keeps algae and bacteria from taking hold. The skimming, brushing and vacuuming stay with you.

Yes. Chem-only covers the chemical balance every week and emptying the baskets. Skimming, brushing and vacuuming are on you. If you want us to do all of it, full service is $150 a month.
Yes. A salt pool still runs on chlorine. The salt system makes it from the salt in the water, but pH, alkalinity and the rest still need balancing. We take care of salt pools too.
For a home pool, usually 8 to 12 hours, once the water has turned over and the chemicals have mixed through. That is why a lot of adjustments get made in the evening.
